A helmet is highly recommended for ALL
BEGINNER skaters
ICE BABIES (Ages 2-3)
Schedule: 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM (Saturday)
Introduce your child to the fun sport of ice skating in the right way.
Instructors emphasize the proper way to fall and get up, marching while standing
and then moving, balance and control. Children should wear gloves and warm
clothing.
BEST FRIENDS
Schedule: 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM (Saturday)
This class is designed for the 2-6 year old skater that will not skate by
themselves. A parent or older relative may join the class with the student. The
goal for this class is to get the child to gain confidence on the ice and skate
alone.
TOT 1 (Ages 4-5)
Schedule: 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM (Tuesday) ;
10:45 AM to 11:15 AM (Saturday)
This class is for skaters who have never been on ice skates before or for those
who have not had formal lessons. Children will be taught how to get up,
marching, dips and forward skating. (formerly beginning pre-school)
TOT 2 (Ages 4-5)
Schedule: 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM (Tuesday) ; 10:45 AM to 11:15 AM (Saturday)
This class is for skaters who have completed Tot 1. They will learn forward
skating, backward swizzles and wiggles (formerly intermediate pre-school).
